Nicholas R. Weiskopf

Mr. Weiskopf graduated magna cum laude in 1969 from Columbia University Law School, where he served as an Editor of the Law Review. Mr. Weiskopf was associated with Davis Polk & Wardwell and Poletti Freiden Prashker Feldman & Gartner. He is Professor of Law, St. John's University School of Law, and the author of numerous articles regarding commercial and securities law. Mr. Weiskopf specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, with particular emphasis on contractual disputes.
